Terms & Conditions

• "ParkMeUp" refers to the parking management platform operated by ParkMeUp.
• "User" refers to any individual who books parking through the Platform.
• "Venue" refers to the venue or car park operator using ParkMeUp to manage their parking.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed parking reservation made through the Platform.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
• A booking confirmation and digital pass will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle registration number provided is accurate.

• Cancellation and refund policies are set by each individual Venue and will be displayed at the time of booking.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• ParkMeUp reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. event cancellation), in which case a full refund will be issued.
• No-shows are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated in the Venue's cancellation policy.

• Upon successful booking, you will receive a digital pass (QR code) which may be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• You must present your digital pass or vehicle registration for check-in at the venue.
• ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras may be used at participating venues for automated check-in.
• ParkMeUp is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the User.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• You are responsible for arriving within the designated parking times.
• You must comply with all venue rules, signage, and instructions from parking attendants.
• Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. ParkMeUp and the Venue accept no liability for damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or their contents.

• ParkMeUp acts as a technology platform connecting Users with Venues. The parking service itself is provided by the Venue.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
